Job Title: Purchasing Associate Job Location: St. Paul, MN 55117 Job Duration: 6 Months Job Responsibilities: This role will require perform inventory, purchasing and shipping/receiving activities for a R&D Product Development team working on software and computers. We are looking for inventory, purchasing and shipping assistance. Expertise with Excel advanced skills like pivot tables, formulas, referencing, reporting is required. Ideally someone familiar with computers - workstations and servers and the components that go inside a computer. Familiarity with Barcode scanners and "Inventory Management software" would be helpful. Good writing and reporting skills. Organized and able to deliver on-time. Education: Associate or Bachelors degree preferred. Knowledge of Purchasing and Inventory Management in a process oriented environment or business would translate to the activities needed for this this position.
