POSITION: Application Development and Integration Leader

Summary:

The Application Development and Integration Leader will be responsible for leading and building teams focused on Salesforce, Mulesoft, API, and full stack development. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Continuous Delivery and SDLC compliance.

Key Result Areas:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of developers and integration specialists.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in Salesforce, Mulesoft, API development, and full stack development.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Continuous Delivery: Implement and maintain Continuous Delivery practices to ensure rapid and reliable software releases.
  • SDLC Compliance: Ensure all development processes adhere to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in application development and integration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Mulesoft, API development, and full stack development. Experience with Continuous Delivery and SDLC compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
