Job Description:

Are you a strategic and hands-on HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment? Rite-Hite, a leader in industrial equipment solutions, is seeking a Human Resources Manager based in Milwaukee, WI to help support our distribution teams.

In this role, you'll be a key partner to our district leadership teams across the U.S. and Canada, helping to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business success. You'll guide leaders and employees through the full employee lifecycle - fromonboarding to talent development, employee relations, and beyond - all while championing a positive and productive workplace culture.

What You'll Do:

  • Talent Development: Identify and grow talent, support succession planning, coach leaders, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.

  • Performance Management: Facilitate goal-setting, career development discussions, and performance improvement initiatives.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for leaders and employees, conduct investigations, analyze trends, and recommend proactive solutions.

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Partner with hiring managers to build staffing plans, lead selection processes, and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.

  • Data-Driven HR: Prepare and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.

  • Leadership: Manage and develop an HR Generalist.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a field service or manufacturing environment. Multi-site, multi-state experience highly preferred.

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience is a plus.

  • Deep knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.

  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and strategic problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.

  • Ability to travel up to 30% across the U.S. and Canada. Valid driver's license and passport required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
You'll primarily work in an office setting with occasional exposure to warehouse and outdoor environments. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) and travel are required.
