Store Manager To The Nines Manitowish Waters, WI A slice of elevated "Up North" atmosphere in store! If customer service and hospitality are your passion, join us as Store Manager and oversee daily operations for To The Nines gift shops in beautiful Manitowish Waters. With three storefronts and an extensive retail website, we offer a variety of carefully selected items showcasing the Northwoods lifestyle with an upscale twist. Position Responsibilities Oversee store staff including employee scheduling, monitoring staffing needs, as well as training and onboarding new hires. Assess employee performance and deliver reviews. Manage store inventory by ensuring shipments received are accurate, processing transfers and damages and taking physical inventories. Process bank deposits. Prepare recurring sales reporting, reviewing regularly to support styling, purchasing and marketing needs. Ensure buildings and grounds are pristine, well-organized and fully operational. Provide backup coverage for all positions and support to EAU director and Corporate HQ. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of retail or management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
