Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. We are looking for candidates who live within a commutable drivable distance to our Phoenix, AZ, Raleigh, NC or Cottonwood Heights, UT office. The schedule for this role is typically Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm PST covering the closing shift (subject to change based upon business needs).
Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in Banking/Financial Services, Customer Service or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services, Customer Service or Operations Support. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting the Email and/or Chat Channels of a contact center. Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree may be considered as 2 years overall experience.
