Job Description

This position provides various clerical and administrative functions supporting the day-to-day activities for Aurora Vending and Coca-Cola Bottling of Alaska Cooler Service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Answer and return telephone calls from customers and department managers and assign work orders to the service department as requests are received.
  • Process supplier invoices and receive inventory into the vending warehouse management system.
  • Assist in successfully resolving customer issues (both internal and external).
  • Perform basic reporting functions.
  • Interact daily with vending customers and management.
  • Assist with day-to-day clerical activities (filing, scheduling, mail distribution, etc.).



Job Requirements



  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)preferred; related experience or training in customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Beverage service and distribution support experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be detail oriented, with problem solving ability, and strong organization skills.
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
