Job Summary

If you are passionate about learning and development and enjoy creating programs that empower others, then this is the role for you!The HR Training & Development team at AMAROK is searching for a talented Learning & Development Specialist to join our team!In this role, you will from designing and delivering engaging training programs to facilitating workshops and managing administrative tasks. You'll have the opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and impactful employee training experience.

Responsibilities



  • Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led training programs, virtual sessions, and informative presentations.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, book club meetings, and conflict resolution sessions.
  • Manage the onboarding program by ensuring new hires have the foundational knowledge and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to develop proprietary training programs.
  • Coordinate needs assessments, analyze results, and propose action plans.
  • Maintain the library of training materials and experience maps.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues across departments.


To be successful in this role you will need



  • A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Fluency with learning management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent listening, public speaking, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for learning and development and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Base Compensation Range: $70K up to $80K per year. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
