We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to be a valuable contributor to our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and the Finance team overall. This role plays an important role in ensuring the alignment between financial management and achieving the AJC's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and business modeling as well as have experience in driving performance optimization and guiding strategic decision-making. This role reports into the Senior Director of Finance and Accounting and serves as an individual contributor. RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a trusted financial advisor to management
Report and analyze business results, trends and projections
Create and present intuitive, flexible financial models
Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven findings
QUALIFICATIONS:
USD 99,000.00 - 165,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
