Job Summary The Confidential Administrative Coordinator provides high-level, confidential administrative support to the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Compliance and Civil Rights and the Title IX and Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation (DHR) office. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the office, coordinating critical activities, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the work. The Administrative Coordinator manages communications, schedules, and operational logistics while contributing to the office's mission through graphic design, marketing, and policy support. This position performs administrative support and/or professional work interpreting and applying operating policies and procedures, performing analytical studies, research, and preparing reports with recommended courses of action. This position is responsible for handling matters that are confidential and sensitive in nature. The position includes duties that routinely require access to confidential information and other related documents and agreements. This position requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organizational abilities, advanced proficiency in various software platforms, and the ability to interact efficiently and effectively with members of the campus community. Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess excellent graphic design skills to create high-quality marketing materials, presentations, and other visual content that support the office's initiatives and communications. This position works closely with the Assistant Vice President of Compliance and Civil Rights and campus counsel in the preparation of confidential materials on a wide range of matters, including legal review of policies.
