As a Senior Technical Program Manager on the CO+I Critical Environment Service Intelligence (CESI) team, you will be responsible for help defining a comprehensive metric to talk about the health of the critical environment sensors that are used to support the data centers worldwide. Responsibilities Partner with data engineering to research and develop a robust solution for validating site EPMS (Energy Performance Management System) and BAS (Building Automation System) data systems against cloud telemetry data. This involves collaborating closely with data engineers to design and implement validation protocols, ensuring data integrity and consistency between on-site systems and cloud-based telemetry. The goal is to enhance the accuracy and reliability of our data systems, enabling better decision-making and operational efficiency.Define and develop a comprehensive metric to assess the health of our sensors. This includes evaluating sensor accuracy, reliability, and responsiveness, as well as identifying any potential issues or areas for improvement. When unhealthy sensors are identified, work collaboratively with relevant teams to push for resolution, ensuring that corrective actions are taken promptly. The goal is to ensure that our sensors are providing accurate and timely data to support our critical environment telemetry.Foster effective communication by regularly updating stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and milestones. This includes preparing and delivering clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation. Additionally, facilitate cross-functional collaboration by organizing and leading meetings, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed. |
