Qualifications:
In this highly collaborative position, you will support multiple functions, including Market Access, Brand Strategy, Insights & Analytics (HHDDA), Medical Affairs, and Precision Medicine / Biomarker Strategy. This role reports into the Director of Global Marketing New Product team. * BA Required; MBA/equivalent Master's-level education a bonus * 7+ years of pharma and commercial experience; Oncology experience preferred * 7+ years of strong project/program management skills in a pharmaceutical launch setting; Oncology experience preferred * Demonstrated history of supporting or managing projects with transformational impacts to deliver intended, measurable value * Proven track record of effectively driving and supporting implementing approaches to grow the brand and overall business while facilitating a growth mindset among team members Strong MS Office Skills and comfortable learning and using other needed software/platforms Core Competencies: * Clear Communication - Ability to organize complex topics, simplify, and succinctly summarize needed actions. * Highly accountable; possess several traits to help energize and motivate team, including creativity, decisiveness, and ability to work hard and operate under tight deadlines * Adaptable and comfortable with the reality of Oncology that timelines shift frequently. * Self-motivated with a strong ability to help team drive towards an aspirational goal * Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously * Eager to learn * Ability to drive collaboration and foster productive cross-functional relationships and ways of working * Results oriented, demonstrated accountability, agility, and ability to drive program completion in expedited timelines * Creative problem solver with demonstrated track record of high performance * Ability to perform quantitative analysis for budget management. * Breadth of experiences in overseeing and guiding the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact * Experience in working with different markets that span various cultures, languages, and time zones Responsibilities: Asset and Coordinating GRL activities across the portfolio of New Oncology Assets. * For New Product Launch o Implement a Launch Governance Framework o Track progress of functional teams against brand and organizational priorities * For the Portfolio GRL Role o Lead and deliver project management in support of c robust engagement among global, regional, and local markets on Oncology New Product. o Monitor and update GRL approach: Track and provide visibility (next 1-2 years) of evolving global commercial team meetings o Create communication plans and materials for Global-Regional-Local engagement and cross-functional collaboration. o Identify and apply opportunities for performance optimization through plans that accelerate execution, drive efficiencies and support brand and organizational goals
