Advantage Technical is hiring an Industrial Engineer to support a major name-brand automotive manufacturer, where you'll play a key role in improving plant efficiency, labor utilization, ergonomics, and manufacturing processes. This position focuses on developing and maintaining labor standards, work methods, and capacity planning while supporting plant operations and future model launches. You'll lead and support efficiency improvement projects, line rebalances, and time studies, working closely with production leadership and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
