We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as HR Generalist

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

The HR Generalist is responsible for partnering and supporting business leadership to align people and organizational capability to deliver advisory level support in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, attendance and performance management. To work in partnership with the wider HR team as required on specific continuous improvement projects and new engagement initiatives for the function in the relevant area of responsibility.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in working within Human Resources.

• Collaborative work style and ability to work effectively across departments.

• Results oriented with ability to effectively manage projects and tight deadlines.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Competencies and Behaviors:

• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work to demanding deadlines and manage multiple tasks
