Position Summary: The Strategic Account Manager will oversee account management, client satisfaction and growth for named, strategic accounts at MedInsight. This role involves adhering to formal account management and sales processes, MedInsight programs, and applicable Milliman requirements. You will collaborate with team members to refine the MedInsight Account Management process, develop standard tools and protocols, and ensure adherence to these standards. Key objectives include:
In addition to working closely with account management, sales, client services teams, you will manage tasks such as license agreements, renewals, client communications, and training coordination. The role requires daily client interactions and up to 25% travel. Position Responsibilities
