Finance Process Expert

The Finance Process Expert is responsible for tasks related to Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) and Finance systems and processes for all market organizations supported in Hilti North America's Finance Shared Service Center.

• Support Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) and Finance processes in all assigned Market Organization(s), ensuring processes are standardized and efficient, using available systems and software to make improvements.
• RAR Regression testing minimum twice a year or more frequent as needed.
• Territory realignment twice a year during June & December close.
• Provide backup and support to Order to Cash Accountants and Admins, as business needs arise.
• Support Order to Cash Team Members with system knowledge and expertise in SAP and other relevant systems and provide training and upskilling.
• Perform tasks related to Hilti's Internal Control System (ICS) for assigned Market Organization(s) regarding RAR and Billing Document topics.
• Assist with annual internal and external audits by preparing assigned schedules, providing supporting documentation, and meeting with auditors, as needed.
• Contribute to department and organization special management projects, as assigned.
• Identify opportunities to drive continuous process improvement for efficiency gains.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of responsibilities and cross-train for processes, as needed.
• Additional duties, as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience, required
• Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience, preferred
• Strong computer skills including but not limited to Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• SAP application knowledge, strongly preferred
• Bilingual, English and Spanish, Preferred
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and time management skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, required
