Role Summary: As the Sales Manager, you will mentor, coach, and train both new and existing Account Executives (AEs) to drive the team toward achieving and exceeding Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals. Your leadership will strengthen our culture of Energy and Ownership, enabling team members to deliver outstanding results while maintaining a client-focused approach. You will work cross-functionally to develop strategies that ensure sales team efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to the company's mission and growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Mentorship & Coaching (Service & Ownership)
- Coach AEs by shadowing training sessions, listening to calls, and providing actionable feedback during one-on-ones.
- Serve as a resource and role model, ensuring team members are equipped to succeed and grow in alignment with our core values.
- Sales Strategy & Execution (Energy & Ownership)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive ARR goals and maximize team productivity.
- Define and track activity goals that inspire Energy and persistence among the sales team.
- Travel periodically to trade shows and client locations to strengthen relationships and deliver results.
- Data & Reporting (Ownership)
- Gather and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Use insights from data to strategically pace team performance on a daily basis, ensuring alignment with year-to-date (YTD) success goals.
- Team Development & Recruitment (People & Service)
- Plan and execute regular sales training workshops and individual development plans in collaboration with the COO and HR Business Partner.
- Lead the hiring process as the hiring manager, recruiting and selecting top talent who align with our values and high-performance standards.
- Performance Management (Ownership)
- Set clear objectives for team members and measure performance against key metrics.
- Address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and provide ongoing coaching to ensure consistent improvement.
- Client Engagement & Retention (Service & People)
- Support AEs in high-value client meetings and negotiations, ensuring exceptional service and long-term client success.
- Cross sell Leads products by providing a consultative sales approach to determine how to best solve our client's needs.
- Foster a culture of Service by addressing escalated client issues promptly and effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration (Energy & Ownership)
- Partner with leadership to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, client success and support teams to refine strategies and enhance the client experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of sales experience, including:
- 5+ years as a high-performing individual contributor in SaaS or B2B sales.
- 3+ years leading high-performing sales teams with a strong track record of success.
- Recent graduates of full-time MBA programs with prior software or tech sales experience are encouraged to apply.
