Visa is a seeking a Senior Manager of Product Readiness to leada portfolio of products, projects, and servicesrelated to launching solutions to Visa's customers globally. This role will report to the VP, Solutioning, Validation, and Growth As the Senior Manager of Product Readiness, you will be the technical product manager for building Visa's global production test environment by partnering with the Sr. Director of Validation. Specific responsibilities include:
- Be the technical product owner of Visa's global production testing platform by collaborating cross-functionally with Product Managers, Architects, Designers, Developers and Project Managers to design, build and validate new consumer product flows.
- Gather, develop, and document requirements and manage the overall roadmap for the Validation Platform and prototypes.
- Develop strong partnership with Regional GTM and CS teams to understand customer needs and empathy to incorporate into robust testing platform.
- Be the product SME for all of consumer payments as it relates to streamlining and improving product quality prior to launch. This includes understanding how customer and partners implement Visa's solutions and driving scale.
- Represent the voice of the developer from the issuer, partners, and clients' perspective to enable and support streamlined product implementations (developer experience).
- Develop a strong partnership with Global Design and Research Teams to drive best in class experience for Visa Ready with internal partners and external customers.
- Data analysis and design - Using VISA and external data to analyze client needs across the focus markets and identify opportunities. Develop business intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or other BI tools.
- Support product verticals and Visa regions with solution approvals, and interact with colleagues in Cybersecurity, Product and Risk to establish requirements.
- Balance facilitation, influence, and content contributions to help business leaders at the C-level on down design, advance and execute business strategies as they relate to deploying Consumer Payments products.
- Proactively identify potential opportunities and risks for Client Readiness. Develop a point of view and get buy in for actions Visa should take in conjunction with colleagues across the organization.
- Identify, structure, and manage complex issues to arrive at recommendations that drive business priorities and demonstrate results to business lines.
- Build out unique, creative and impactful solutions by integrating insights across Visa's many expert functional resources and supporting collaborative solution development.
- Curate the platform to help companies build and launch payment solutions that meet Visa's global standards around security and functionality with the right partners to accelerate their GTM ambitions.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 6 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD)
- Proven experience in product strategy, customer experience (UX/ UI), strategic planning, customer acquisition/retention, data analysis, product differentiation, and technical design.
- Experience in or in-depth knowledge of financial services and security is preferred, and an understanding of the payments business is ideal. Technology sector experience is also desirableknowledge of modern testing and validation platforms and processes.
- Proficient in developing and implementing Test Strategies and Test Plans for extensive and intricate programs.
- Proficient in various Testing types such as Integration, System, Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, User-interface (GUI), Data base, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Ad-hoc API Testing and Performance Testing
- Experience with onboarding clients onto SaaSplatforms and understanding the challenges of launching a new product to market.
- Must be a natural collaborator, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Curious mindset with an interest in solving problems alongside strong analytical and quantitative skills, driving insight from data analysis.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
