The Critical Minerals Security Program seeks to provide evidence-based thought leadership to develop innovative and sensible policy solutions to reduce supply chain vulnerabilities for key minerals. The Program is seeking a Fellow to advance our research and policy agenda at the intersection of critical minerals and national, economic and energy security. The Program Manager will play an important role in managing the program's operations, including overseeing budgeting, event management, and publications.
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000 based on experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: I. Operations & Project Management: manage comprehensive program operations across multiple systems platforms. Maintain professional contact databases, develop and monitor detailed project workplans, track project deadlines, and liaise with internal CSIS departments for seamless and timely execution of program activities. Support HR functions, including recruitment and personnel management. KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in related field. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK CONDITIONS:
This position will be based out of our Washington DC headquarters and is expected to be in-office 3+ days per week. The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee working in an office environment.
