Senior Solution Architect

We're looking for someone with presales experience selling into Financial and Insurance institutions.

This position is remote.

You will report to the Regional Presales Director.

The solution architect role involves collaborating with our teams, customers, and partners to create a comprehensive technical account plan/strategy and to lead sales engagements to their technical conclusion. As an important part of the sales team, you will increase success by understanding customer use cases and creating technical solutions using the Informatica Data Management Cloud. Your responsibilities extend to educating both customers and team members about the Informatica value proposition, engaging in in-depth architectural discussions, and ensuring that solutions are optimized for successful deployment and usage in the cloud.12+ years of presales/technical sales or consulting experience

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Your responsibilities extend to educating both customers and team members about the Informatica value proposition, engaging in in-depth architectural discussions, and ensuring that solutions are optimized for successful deployment and usage in the cloud.
• Within the technical sales community, you will learn and contribute to a willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge. As a mentor to your team members, you will help develop collective selling assets, knowledge repositories, and enablement materials.

What We'd Like to See

• Basic knowledge of the top 3 cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and top 2 (Snowflake, Databricks) cloud data related technologies, with first-hand experience in the data or application integration space
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing security aspects
• Certification on at least 1 cloud ecosystem and data related cloud technology
• Skills on at least one INFA related software platform/technology
• Storytell specific to use cases, with financial services and insurance
• Engage and create relationships with influencers, coaches, decision makers, and partners
• Engage VP, Director customer personas, credibility with data engineers, data scientists, and other technical customer personas
• Technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and Business Intelligence software concepts and products
• 10+ years of relevant experience in data integration, master data management, or data governance
• 12+ year of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background
• 12+ years of presales/technical sales or consulting experience
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience
