We Require
Two years experience performing office, administrative, and clerical duties Post-secondary education may substitute for 18 months of the experience requirement High school diploma or GED

Job Contributions
Contacts applicants for employment with Correctional Health Services (CHS) and coordinates interview scheduling for the department, including virtual, panel, and/or interview tours Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates interested in employment with CHS by responding to routine inquiries and explaining employment benefits and department information Liaises with Human Resources and hiring managers on recruitments Accesses and processes recruitment steps in the County's electronic recruitment system Maintains confidentiality of all information related to CHS employees Completes accurate and timely data entry into existing databases Maintains calendars and schedules meetings/meeting rooms for the Nursing Administration team and other departments as requested Participates in maintaining and stocking supplies and equipment in the administration area and Nursing department Sorts and distributes mail daily and coordinates data destruction pick-up Creates basic reports, documents, and other administrative documents as assigned
Working Conditions
Work is performed inside an office/administrative area of a jail, handling a high volume of work and multiple, complicated tasks accurately May be required to work under time constraints and handle frequent changes and unscheduled tasks May be assigned to various clinical locations in the Phoenix area within a 5-mile radius
