Qualifications you'll bring:
- B.A. or B.S in Finance, Economics, or Business is required. MBA preferred.
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification is highly desired.
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Previous financial systems experience with Workday and the Adaptive Planning module.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and budgeting processes.
- Ability to clearly communicate and present complex financial information to the business and ability to develop a strong understanding of the business and build partnerships.
- Advanced Excel and modelling skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office.
- A curious and strategic mindset that drives a proactive and data-driven approach to problem solving.

Your key responsibilities:
- Administer the Workday Adaptive Planning platform to meet organizational transformation including design, configuration, integrations, allocations and reporting.
- Build and maintain financial models that enable efficient and accurate long-range planning and scenario analysis.
- Develop agile, driver-based scenario planning and analysis tools that inform business decisions.
- Maintain and support integrations between Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning
- Generate integrated reports utilizing OfficeConnect.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, streamline automation and implement industry best practices.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts involving new features and enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Adaptive Planning and continually validate and maintain system security roles.
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to gather and analyze business requirements, effectively translate system solutions and clarify decision trade-offs.
- Develop and deliver training materials and hands on sessions to Finance staff to build user fluency with Workday and Adaptive tools
- Build and update standard and ad-hoc reporting for Board of Directors and Senior leadership.

Where you'll be: Location: Virtual. Please note, you will be required to report to MVP Health Care headquarters located in Schenectady, NY, for the first couple of days for onboarding.
