We are looking for an energetic, creative, and agile Learning Experience Consultant to play a vital role in enhancing the employee learning experience, driving impactful communication strategies, and ensuring the seamless administration of our learning programs in addition to supporting organizational effectiveness consulting across the business. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to leverage technology to deliver exceptional learning experiences.

What You'll Do:

Elevate the Learning Experience

  • Oversee corporate-wide training calendar and provide holistic perspective to ensure optimal scheduling and equitable opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies and materials (e.g. newsletters, promotional materials, user guides, video tutorials) to promote learning opportunities and resources across the organization.
  • Proactively identify and address barriers to learning, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.

Organizational Effectiveness Consulting

  • Own the scoping,planning, and execution of assignedorganizational consultingengagements in partnership with HRBusinessPartners and executiveleaders.
  • Complete quantitative and qualitative analyses tosupportprojectobjectives and develop deliverables with minimal supervision (e.g. project plans, PowerPoint presentations, status reports)
  • Present updates, findings, and recommendations to projectsponsors and otherleadersand associates at all levels of the organization.

Learning & Vendor Management

  • Provide strategic oversight in partnership with HR Information Systems team to implement learning experiences in Workday Learning.
  • Own relationships with several training vendors and identify forward-thinking newvendorsto addressbusinessneeds.

Training & Facilitation Support

  • Design and facilitatemeetings, workgroups, andtraining sessionsas needed.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferred (i.e.human resources, people operations,business process improvement, organizational assessments,change management,project managementor related)
  • Knowledge and application ofWorkday Learning, strongly preferred
  • Strong written andverbal communication skills, includingpresentationskills, required
  • Strongquantitative analysisskills required
  • Advanced proficiency inExcelandPowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required
  • Ability towork independently
  • Desire to learn;growth mindset

LocationBoston Time TypeFull time Salary Range: $100,800.00 - $123,200.00

The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
