8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday with occasional weekend hours required, as necessary
Primary Purpose of Position
This position provide front office reception and general support for FOPS, including greeting customers and vendors, answering calls, and provide calendar management of the three FOPS conference rooms.
Minimum Education/Experience
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from high school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

University Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation from high school, or completion of its equivalency, and two years of office/clerical work experience; or an equivalent combination of training/experience.
Essential Job Duties

  • This position provides front office reception and general administrative support.
  • Greeting customers and vendors, answering calls and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Calendar management of three conference rooms.
  • This position will also perform other duties at the request of the Executive Assistant and other members of the MO Management team.

Other Work Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the MO lockshop to distribute keys, accept key returns and other duties at the request of the Lock Shop supervisor
  • Work closely with monitoring different tasks for MO supervisors, such as assisting with filler/BAS tracking, vendor/contract tracking and other duties at the request of the supervisors.

Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education

  • One to two years of office/clerical work
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in both Google Suite tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
