The Role in Brief: Associate, CHRO Collaborative & Events (EAB Seramount) EAB Seramount's Research programs and conference events offer strategic guidance at-scale. Our research and events help partners educate stakeholders at their organization, make research-informed decisions, and enhance the implementation speed of recommended practices. As an Associate, you color-code, you organize, you never let things slip through the cracks. You support our work by helping engage partners in our research and events, ensuring processes are running smoothly, keeping the team organized, and meeting key deadlines. As an integral member of the team enabling smooth operations, this Associate will gain experience and expertise in business operations at EAB. This Associate's anticipated focus will include supporting EAB Seramount's first Research offering specifically designed for Chief Human Resources Officers as well as supporting the growth of Seramount's events business which hosts conferences for DEI, HR, and Talent audiences. The Associate will provide day-to-day support for senior leaders, work with internal stakeholders across teams, and communicate with partners and prospects. The Associate will serve an important role both internally and externally as a liaison, information resource, and key point of contact. This hire may be based in Washington, D.C.
