* Epic Willow * Willow Ambulatory * Epic Certified *Top Skills' Details* * Experience with Epic Willow module implementation, configuration, and maintenance * Understanding of revenue cycle processes * Problem-solving skills - the ability to jump into a project and resolve technical issues *Job Description * We are seeking a Willow Home Infusion Revenue Cycle consultant for a 6 month contract to assist with the Epic implementation. This consultant must have expertise in optimizing revenue cycle processes for home infusion services using the Epic Willow module. Preference is for the consultant to be onsite 3 days per month while Epic is onsite. Responsibilities include system configuration, revenue cycle optimization (streamlining billing, coding, and reimbursement processes), providing support and training to clinical and administrative staff, data management and migration, troubleshooting, and analyzing and improving workflows. The consultant may also assist with go-live support and post-go-live optimization. *Work Environment* * Typically utilize Jira for 2-week sprints and daily stand-ups. * Most of the team is in the Central Time Zone, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
