An established and customer focused benefits administrator is looking to bring 6 Customer Service Representatives on to their team for a Late February/Early march start date! This is an entry-level position that can go permanent based off need and performance. This company offers tremendous growth opportunities for motivated individuals. Job Description: * Customer Care Representative answer calls regarding health and life insurance coverage and assisting in the enrollment process and servicing policies. * Answer inbound calls from policy holders * Handle multiple software systems and complex computer systems * Provide policy holders with information about their policies and benefits * Assist with claims on an as needed basis * Act as advocates for policy holders through claims and billing issues * Follow up with policy holders on pending issues and follow the case through the end SCHEDULE: * Must have availability between 8am-8pm Monday - Friday. * Candidates will work a full 40 hours with 4 shifts that are 8-5pm and 1 shift that is 12pm-8pm.
