About the role:

CLA is seeking a Financial Systems Senior. This role works directly with the Director of Financial System to support key Finance stakeholders and develop and deliver best-in-class finance systems solutions.

As a Financial Systems Senior you will be responsible for:

  • Administer Workday Business Processes, Configuration, and Reporting.
  • Provide technical support and functional expertise to support Workday financial features, including accounts payable/receivable management, general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
  • Actively partner with Central Billing and Finance functional teams to consult, identify opportunities, design, and deliver best-in-class solutions that create efficiencies.
  • Participate in reviewing biannual Workday releases; develop, test, train and deploy new Workday functionality.
  • Provide technical support for additional Finance Systems, as required.
  • Develop reports and audits to ensure data integrity and improve firm performance.
  • Identify trends or root cause behaviors for issues and errors and manage potential solutions.
  • Resolve escalated user issues and ensure delivery of high-quality customer service.
  • Communicate effectively throughout the organization utilizing strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism as it pertains to all job responsibilities.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Accounting, Finance, or related degrees are preferred.
  • 4 years of accounting, finance, ERP, or related experience required.
  • Workday experience is preferred.

The wage range for this position in Illinois is: $83,000- $138,000

The wage range for this position in Minnesota is: $79,000 - $133,000

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
