Overview
DecisionPoint is seeking an exceptional Director of Capture to identify, qualify, capture and win new business opportunities within Federal Government clients in the Civilian and/or Defense sectors. This position is on a hybrid telecommute model. Minimum of 2 days on site in Reston required.
Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Active Clearance preferred.
- BA/BS preferred with 5+ years of exceptional successful experience in Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Homeland Security, and/or Defense Health Agency (DHA) market growth areas with particular interest in digital modernization, cloud, cyber, amd ITSM.
- In depth knowledge of best practices using Shipley or similar Framework.
- In depth knowledge of the typical Government Contracting capture and proposal process.
- Evidence of successful capture experience in the target government agency.
- Specific market expansion successful at growing SDVOSB/Small business company.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
- MS Office at an intermediate level.
