Essential Responsibilities: Assist in tracking project production and cost, including labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment Assist in the preparation and analysis of cost reports, forecasts, and schedules Participate in various stakeholder meetings Utilize reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI) to generate required reports Supports change management process including adjustments to quantities, cost, revenue, and schedule Qualifications: One to three years of relevant experience within the construction industry Familiarity with earned value concepts and key project performance metrics, including Cost Performance Index (CPI), Cost Variance, Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Schedule Variance Familiarity with Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) forecasting Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (E.g. Pivot Tables, Named Ranges, Tables, Look-Ups (V/H/X), IF Statements, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Name Manager, Drop Down Lists, etc.) Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 is an asset Experience with developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) is an asset Working Conditions: This role provides a flexible working environment, balancing your responsibilities between the comfort of your home office and the collaborative environment of our office spaces Ability to travel up to 15% to Ledcor offices or job sites Additional Information Ledcor Technical Services (LTS) designs, builds, and maintains wireline or wireless networks that span North America and beyond.
