Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking project production and cost, including labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of cost reports, forecasts, and schedules
  • Participate in various stakeholder meetings
  • Utilize reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI) to generate required reports
  • Supports change management process including adjustments to quantities, cost, revenue, and schedule

Qualifications:

  • One to three years of relevant experience within the construction industry
  • Familiarity with earned value concepts and key project performance metrics, including Cost Performance Index (CPI), Cost Variance, Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Schedule Variance
  • Familiarity with Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) forecasting
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (E.g. Pivot Tables, Named Ranges, Tables, Look-Ups (V/H/X), IF Statements, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Name Manager, Drop Down Lists, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 is an asset
  • Experience with developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) is an asset

Working Conditions:

  • This role provides a flexible working environment, balancing your responsibilities between the comfort of your home office and the collaborative environment of our office spaces
  • Ability to travel up to 15% to Ledcor offices or job sites
