How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Seppic Inc Richmond Team is composed of 55 people. Guenole LeCalvez will be the activating
Plant Manager temporarily. Guenole has been with the Seppic organization for well over 25 years
having served in various roles in France. The organizational chart is composed by a production Team
(4 production shifts), a QC/QA Team, an HR Team, a Process Engineer Team, an HSE Team and a
Maintenance team.
The HSE Team is composed of an HSE Engineer and an HSE Specialist.The plant is running 362
days/year, 24 hours with 4 shifts.
You will contribute to the development of Seppic Inc Richmond's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities in compliance with local regulation and Seppic corporate requirements, in collaboration with other site representatives and Seppic HSE direction. You will contribute to this mission by: * Process Safety: Managing EIS (Element Important for Safety) action plan on Seppic Inc Richmond's plant * Occupational Safety: Conducting and updating the site JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) * Supporting the local team in managing safety on a daily basis: reporting of safety events, facilitating safety talks, sharing of good practices...
