We are currently looking for a Survey Research Analystto join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries.

Position Highlights:

The Survey Research Analyst works collaboratively with the survey services team to execute survey project deliverables and achieve broader organizational goals. Project deliverables include preparing survey forms, managing survey data and the NSC proprietary Database, analyzing and interpreting survey data, creating technical reports/dashboards, presenting results for clients, innovating within the survey project system, managing project milestones and task completion, and assisting with client day-to-day contact. This position will also aid in the transition from Qualtrics dashboards to Microsoft Power BI dashboards.

What You'll Do:
  • Survey Research Technical Responsibilities and Duties
    • Paper and online questionnaire review and modification.
    • Paper and online data collection and management.
    • Maintain the NSC survey proprietary database.
    • Review, clean, and classify survey data using available software for analysis.
    • Analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data using Qualtrics and Power BI.
    • Produce technical client results reports/dashboards in a professional manner.
    • Aggregate and analyze the survey database for insights and trends.
    • Ensure the data integrity and quality control of client deliverables.
    • Innovate and create efficiencies in various processes of survey project management including form preparation, data collection, data cleaning, analysis, and dashboard development.
  • Survey Project Management Duties
    • Organize projects in collaboration with survey team members, including managing schedules, meeting strict deadlines, and creating multi-level report plans for complex survey projects.
  • Other Client Relationship Management Duties
    • Produces pre- and post-client presentation materials.
    • Assist in pre- and post-client presentations.
    • Support day-to-day client interactions, fostering strong professional relationships.
    • Support additional NSC initiatives as assigned.
We're Looking for Someone with:
  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, statistics, or related field that included courses in data analytics statistics, psychometrics, and survey research/research methods
  • Four years of relevant experience in survey research statistics, or a related field.
  • Must have skills in applied survey research methods, quantitative and qualitative analytics, data analysis, and management.
  • This is a remote position.
  • Salary range: $55,000 to $60,000.
