Product Manager

The main responsibility of a Product Manager is overseeing the product's development to ensure it meets customer needs and business goals. This includes managing the product lifecycle, prioritizing features, and using SQL to analyze data for informed decisions. Strong stakeholder management is key, as the Product Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams and aligns diverse interests to drive success.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Marketing Activations team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of data products and solutions that support various marketing teams. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product strategies, and ensuring the delivery of innovative and impactful marketing technology solutions.

Responsibilities:



  • Build and execute the roadmap of data products and solutions to help improve user engagement on different owned marketing channels including email, push notifications and others
  • Collaborate with different marketing teams to understand their business objectives and translate them into compelling product features and solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and other product managers, to define specifications and guide the development process.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of implemented solutions.
  • Share status with leadership via sync meetings and weekly status reports
  • Drive product adoption and usage by providing training, documentation, and support to internal marketing teams and other stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve and drive product differentiation.




Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, marketing, or a related field. Master's Degree in Business or Data preferred.
  • 6+ years of Product Management Experience with solid prioritization skills.
  • Solid in SQL
  • Strong understanding of data management and analytics concepts
  • Experience building marketing technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams, up and across.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, demonstrating strong product sense and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapting to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
