The Sales Area Vice President is responsible for building and driving the sales team to exceed company objectives and service our Enterprise and Commercial customers. The qualified candidate must possess a deep understanding of how to build, motivate, and create a winning culture. This individual will report to the America's Sales leader. As a second-line leader, you will be responsible for managing two regions with first-line managers, each overseeing teams of eight individual contributors. We specialize in data protection and data security posture management, emphasizing that it's all about the data. Our systems-oriented approach includes analytics, cloud-based user and application protection, next-gen network protection, and systems visibility. Our innovative approach to cybersecurity is unparalleled. As technology and user needs evolve, we continuously expand our offerings while staying true to our core mission of protecting the human point.
