Suburban Hematology Oncology is seeking a dynamic nurse leader for its office located in Buford, Georgia. The Clinic Supervisor will collaborate with Suburban Hematology Oncology leadership to administer and coordinate all operations in order to achieve and maintain clinical quality, financial viability, patient and visitor safety as well as service excellence and customer satisfaction. The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations and supervision of the assigned Physician Practice and all its employees, coordination of and all the practice services including but not limited to patient access, scheduling, pre-authorization, chart management, nursing care, and Joint Commission readiness.

REQUIRED:

1. Prior Oncology or Infusion experience. 2. Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or management experience.
3. Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
4. Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
5. Must have three to five years of healthcare management experience and operational expertise, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PREFERRED:

  1. BSN degree preferred.
  2. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in good standing without limitations. 3. National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred.
    4. Knowledge of Healthcare administration.
    5. Knowledge of human resource management including supervision and staff development.
    6. Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
    7. Knowledge and understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving, and decision- making.
    8. Skilled in developing and maintaining effective relationships with physician, coworkers, staff, patients, and others as needed. Ability to communicate clearly. Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and direct the work of others.
    9. Exhibits skill set for effective leadership including communication expertise, disciplinary skills and coping management through past experience for exhibited performance.
