Simultaneously, you collaborate with external partners, including suppliers and contract manufacturers, to maintain a steady flow of materials and finished goods.

Reporting functionally to the Supply Planning Manager, you play a pivotal role in achieving operational excellence and maintaining customer fulfillment. Your ability to navigate complex supply chain dynamics, anticipate bottlenecks, and proactively address challenges directly impacts the organization's overall performance.

  • Review BOM changes, ensuring accurate representation of components and communicate BOM updates as needed.
  • Actively track and communicate key performance indicators, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of performance. Aide in developing and reporting on various KPIs.
  • Review error reports and lead efforts to resolve any supply chain issues promptly.
  • Review and seek approval for any additional costs as needed to maintain raw material or FG supply and approve invoices related to planning activities.
  • Support the training of new employees or assist with any shifts in responsibilities within the planning team.
  • Track and report full chain inventory levels, working to balance stock, warehouse space, and fulfillment targets.
  • Complete ad hoc evaluations or scenario planning for a wide range of situations as needed.
