Title: SAP & Reliability System Master Data (SMD) Coordinator

Salary: $88,600 - $110,400

Focus:The SAP & Reliability System Master Data Coordinator is responsible for providing training, mentoring, and oversight for the establishment, modifications to, and maintenance of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
SAP & Reliability SMD Coordinator Essential Job Functions:
- Works closely with teams to manage site asset integrity compliance and ensures the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is updated.
- Collaborates with the Global Master Data Administrator for Global standardization maintenance for the Plaquemine, LA and St. Gabriel, LA sites.
- Serves as the subject matter expert for SAP Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, and Master Data Governance, working with IT to ensure best practice application, troubleshooting and resolving system errors.
- Provides expertise, mentoring, and training to planners, technology leaders, and engineers.
SAP & Reliability SMD Coordinator Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree* in a mechanical field OR trade school certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance and reliability experience in a relevant role; manufacturing, paper and pulp, or refinery experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced SAP Plant Maintenance and Material Management experience and knowledge required.
- Prior experience in Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and/or Supervision preferred.
- Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
