Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of business experience performing in an HR generalist role or similar relevant experience or 9 years of business experience performing an HR generalist role or relevant HR experience.
• 1 year of management or leadership experience managing, leading and developing employees
• Strategic and critical thinker with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable about federal, state and local labor laws related to employment and marketplace HR trends
• Expert interpersonal skills with coaching and mentoring capabilities
• Proven consulting skills to influence business decisions
• Strong ability to effectively challenge business leader, if needed
• Demonstrated ability to create and communicate a business case by analyzing situations, making sound decisions, anticipating obstacles and developing alternative courses of action.
• Effective in developing trust and building partnerships at the Division/Business unit level
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
• Strong, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coach, consult, influence and persuade management at all levels
• PC proficient in Office 365 products
• Exceptional collaboration skills and an ability to develop strong working partnerships to achieve a shared goal
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish and effectively juggle multiple, sometimes competing priorities

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration or relevant major
• HR certification: PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP.
• Hybrid work arrangement requires 3 days working in the office.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
