EDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE

Bachelor'sdegreeinhumanresources,BusinessAdministration,Finance,orarelatedfield.Two(2)tofour(4)yearsofexperienceincompensationanalysis,humanresources.Experiencewithcompensationmanagementsystemsanddataanalysistools.Familiaritywithsalarysurveysandmarketanalysis.PreferredqualificationsincludeaCertifiedCompensationProfessional(CCP)orSocietyforHumanResourceManagement(SHRM)certification.Additionally,experiencewithtoolssuchasPowerBI,PayFactors,Oracle,andSyntellisishighlydesirable.

JOBSUMMARY

TheCompensationAnalystIIisresponsibleforconductinganalysisandevaluationofcompensationprogramsandpolicieswithinanorganization.Theygatherandanalyzedataonjobroles,markettrends,andinternalequitytoensurefairandcompetitivecompensationpractices.Theanalystalsoassistsinthedesignandimplementationofnewcompensationprograms,conductssalarysurveys,andmakesrecommendationsforsalaryadjustmentsbasedonfindings.TheymaycollaboratewithHR,finance,andotherdepartmentstoensurealignmentwithorganizationalgoalsandcompliancewithlegalrequirements.Additionally,theCompensationAnalystIImayprovideguidanceandsupporttoHRteamsandmanagersoncompensation-relatedmatters.

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS



  • Collectsandanalyzescompensationdatatoassessmarkettrendsandorganizationalpaypractices.
  • Conductsjobevaluationstodeterminetherelativeworthofjobswithingtheorganization.
  • Participatesinorconductssalarysurveystobenchmarkcompensationagainstcompetitorsandindustrystandards.
  • AssiststheCompensationDirectorwithgeneratingreportsandpresentationsformanagementoncompensationanalysis,trends,andrecommendations.
  • Assistsinpreparingjoboffersbyanalyzingcandidatequalificationsanddeterminingappropriatecompensationpackages.
  • Monitorsandevaluatesinternalequityamongemployeestoensurefaircompensationpractices.AssiststheCompensationDirectorwiththeannualpayequityreview.
  • Conductsmarketanalysisofcompanyjobstodeterminecompetitivepositioningoftheorganizationspayprograms.
  • ContributestotheannualYear-EndProcessbyassistinginthecreationofsalarystructures,axiomadministration,anddevelopingthesalaryandbenefitsbudgets.
  • SupportstheCompensationDirectorinmanagingquarterlyaccrualsforSTIandLTI,preparingindividualSTIstatementsforemployees,andoverseeingtheannualpayoutprocess.
