How you will make history here...

What you will do...

  • Analyze key business metrics (share, competitive, consumption drivers), monitor performance against business objectives and translate analysis into action
  • Lead cross functional teams to launch new products (LTO, line extensions, etc) through partership with consumer insights, product development, supply chain, packaging and design
  • Own executionfor consumption analysis and volume forecast, working with demand planning and sales strategy to deliver accurate forecasts
  • Quantify risks and opportunities to deliver on annual operating plan
  • Actively manage the brand budget
  • Support development of innovation pipeline (line extensions, renovation, new packs) from concept development to in-market execution
  • Collaborate with key partners across sales and insights teams to develop compelling sell-in story and materials
  • Embody a curiosity for the consumer and a passion for the brand, partnering with insightsto develop consumer understanding and learning plans

What you will bring to the table...

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in brand management in consumer facing industry. Note that MBA may count for additional experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel required.
  • Experience with IRI Unify, Nielsen & SPINS strongly desired. Experience with similar quantitative consumer insights data required.

It would be great if you have...

  • MBA highly preferred
  • Large brand experience with large CPG organization
  • Food experience is a plus

    Compensation and Benefits:

    The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

    $80,300-$115,500

    Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
