Team Leader - Product Marketing

The Team Leader - Product Marketing guides the product marketing team to achieve strategic objectives and enhance Veridian's brand presence. This position leads campaign development, assists with writing of content, monitors budgets, and contributes to design initiatives. The role oversees the daily work of the product marketing strategists and marketing specialists to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.


  • Create excellent service experiences that promote the Veridian brand.
  • Knowledgeable of all functions and processes performed by the Product Marketing Strategists and Marketing Specialists. Make recommendations as needed.
  • Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Product Marketing team to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategies and campaigns of the organization.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and other stakeholders to develop marketing strategies that drive member growth, product adoption, and brand awareness.
  • Assist with writing compelling and effective marketing content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and convey the desired message and tone.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the VP of Marketing, informing them of all pertinent issues, irregularities, new developments, changes, and relative information.
  • Work directly with the VP of Marketing and other Team Leaders to assess and prioritize marketing department requests.
  • Monitor market trends and member behavior to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to support marketing efforts.
  • Conduct regular team meetings.
  • Provide on-going coaching to all team members that encourages personal, professional and career development. Clearly define expectations of all team members.
  • Interview and hire the most qualified applicant for position openings. Provide initial orientation and on-going support to team members on the mission, vision, values and leadership culture of the organization.
  • Plan and prepare for the future by being open minded, perceptive, and proactive. Make decisions that support the members, the department and the organization as a whole both financially and strategically.
