Director of Business Development and Capture Management Major Areas of Responsibility: The Director of Business Development and Capture Management is responsible for developing meaningful and lasting partnerships with organizations and agencies as well as private industry and academia to expand the mission reach of existing programs funded by Prime & Subcontracts. Additionally, this position is responsible for generating new earned income which includes upselling additional programs, services, and products to existing customers and by introducing and selling current and future programs, services, and products to new market segments.
