Your Opportunity as the Analyst, Retirement Benefits (DC)

You will be responsible for supporting Defined Contribution (DC) administration, performing weekly audits of DC deferrals and responding to participant requests related to DC plans. You will also review and approve changes to participant data and payroll deductions, administer non-qualified DC plans and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs). You will support DC compliance requirements, address employee help cases, and monitor and update systems accordingly. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in analytical thinking, time management, and opportunities for process improvements.

Location:Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)

Work Arrangements: Hybrid, 30% in office expectation

In this role you will:

  • Support Defined Contribution (DC) administration

  • Perform weekly audit of DC deferrals

  • Respond to participant requests related to DC plans

  • Review and approve changes to participant data and payroll deductions

  • Administer non-qualified Defined Contribution (NQDC) plans

  • Administer Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) related to DC plans

  • Approve benefit events in Workday HR software system

  • Support DC compliance requirements (audit, non-discrimination testing)

  • Address help cases submitted by employees

  • Monitor address and death search vendor results and update all systems accordingly

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to personal information

Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role (not required):

  • Defined contribution administration experience (inclusive of internships)
