Sales Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our North American Major Appliances Independent Retail channels, with a focus on optimizing sales operations, supporting customer programs, and ensuring seamless order lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize invoicing through diverse order execution strategies.
• Enforce Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) execution and out-of-zone shipment permissions to maximize truck optimization and encourage incremental sales, including excess and obsolete inventory.
• Maintain a robust understanding of the product lifecycle and assist with phase-in and end-of-life system activities.
• Ensure complete inventory to invoice flow by resolving multiple error buckets within SAP.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues and requests regarding order execution and delivery.
• Provide support to execute sales plans according to company goals.
• Provide direction to multiple functions in resolving issues and conflicts that could impact customers.
• Be a subject matter expert on the Electrolux Order portal and drive new functionality and enhancements.
• Provide ad hoc analysis as needed and requested by leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP and order lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
