Description

The position is responsible for developing and expanding client relationships in the Metro OKC area by originating and closing real estate loans and commercial and industrial loans in the $1 million to $10 million target range. Responsible for soliciting new clients, proactively managing a client portfolio, providing exceptional customer service, and presenting full banking solutions to clients including cash management and treasury management products and services.

Solicit, originate and underwrite commercial loans in the $1 million to $10 million range. Develop new customer relationships and management of an ongoing deposit and loan portfolio. Firm knowledge of cash management and treasury management products and services to complement and assist with growth of client relationships. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 7 years related lending experience, strong credit skills and a current client portfolio to market . The candidate must possess strong prospecting, relationship building, loan structuring, and client retention skills and have the ability to work independently within a group of lenders.
