Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee delivery of our SaaS platform to Customers, ensuring on-time completion and alignment with business objectives. Assess Customers' requirements to confirm the suitability of our SaaS platform or identify necessary customizations and efforts required to meet the Customers' needs. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate systems and data and to configure and deploy our platform, ensuring effective oversight throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring quality assurance of deliverables. Stay informed of industry trends and proactively recommend enhancements to progress our platform and processes. Requirements: Based in the US (East Coast) Over 4 years of experience delivering technology projects. Proven experience in delivering real estate-related SaaS solutions to Customers. Hands-on knowledge and experience with CRE software integrations such as Yardi, MRI, Argus, VTS (ETL and API integration experience (Yardi a must) Proven experience in project management principles, tools, onboarding, and delivering technology systems for CRE Customers and supporting them. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. BSc in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience as a software developer - advantage. |
