Machine Operator Shift: 2nd, (12:30pm-8:30pm) Pay: $17.50-$25/hr. (Based on experience) The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting high-speed packaging equipment to ensure continuous and efficient production. This role requires previous experience in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, or other related manufacturing environments. Job Description: Set up and operate multiple types of packaging equipment Monitor equipment for quality control and troubleshoot as needed Conduct inspections on incoming materials and finished goods Perform and document quality checks including: Seal integrity Weight control Metal detection X-ray monitoring Box and label print quality Cap torque Induction seal integrity Perform pre-operational checks and equipment changeovers Conduct basic preventive maintenance (cleaning, greasing, pad/tape replacement) Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards Assist with stacking and packing when needed at slower machines Follow all safety, food safety, and GMP procedures
