Senior Loan Servicing Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Loan Servicing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the loan servicing specialist team by performing various tasks such as credit bureau management and escrow tracking, to include processing escrow disbursements. You will also be responsible for accurately inputting loans and balancing and distribution of all new loan information. Additionally, you will uphold a high level of customer service by responding to inquiries and utilizing your problem-solving abilities to assist our customers.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Three years of loan experience or 5 years of overall banking experience. This individual will possess working knowledge of computer programs, specifically Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multitask are needed. Additionally, the ability to adapt to changing technology and good interpersonal communication will be essential in this role. This position can be performed Onsite at our Operations Center in White River Junction, VT or at our Mortgage Loan Office in Burlington, VT.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $21.41-24.98/hour depending on experience.
