Please RSVP on Indeed for a time slot that works best, as well as submitting your application.Job Summary: Total Access Specialists/Senior Account Specialists generate and maintain sales, gross profit growth and new account activation through proactive pursuit of customers predominantly through the telephone. This is achieved through maintaining and growing existing customer sales volume; pursuit of prospective customers to gain new account business; and active pipeline management. Effective collaboration with Regional Company District Managers, Store Personnel and sometimes Field Account Managers is critical. The Specialist / Senior Account Specialist will grow the business to achieve title promotion levels as illustrated in the Total Access Career Paths document. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Total Access Specialist / Senior Account Specialist will retain existing customer sales, drive gross margin growth, and new customer attainment by managing a portfolio of customers and prospects that comprises the Associate's "Territory" which includes all accounts assigned in SAP to the Associate's ER salesman code. Business will be gained through proactive customer touch; effective negotiation; and deliberate territory planning using the company's CRM system.
