Our mission at Industrial Flow North America is to be the best solution provider for our customers across all markets, and to achieve this mission, we are hiring a Sales Distribution Manager to strategically develop distribution channels for select pump lines. As a Sales Distribution Manager, you will utilize your industry knowledge to lead the planning, development of distribution channels, andlaunch of product lines across North America. Additionally, you will:

• Lead the development and execution of the annual business andmarketing plan, including the pricing strategy.
• Act as the subject matter expert for select pump products.
• Establish a distribution channel for select pump products
• Develop and manage the timing and implementation of detailed market and sales plans to support new products.
• Work closely with the manufacturers to share product development feedback, market and channel needs.
• Provide guidance and support all quotation functions: sizing, selection, pricing; creating and issuing the quotation document.
• Maintain regular contact with the Sales Organization, keeping them up to date on new announcements, providing support materials and emphasizing key areas of focus to support sales objectives.
• Manage production of all sales support materials, advertising, and promotion plans for assigned segment/product lines.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEM customer counterparts and participate inproduct planning meetings with OEM customers.
• Manage the development and analysis of market surveys to discover concerns, opportunities, and to define improvement needs.
• Create training curriculum for new employees and the sales team
