FORKLIFT OPERATOR/ WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

These are non-exempt, full-time positions. The forklift driver maintains production flow to and from the production line and coordinates inbound and outbound loads to meet production needs and customer orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and safely stack them to assigned places

Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment

Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies

Transport raw materials to production workstations

Daily safety and maintenance check of vehicle, report any concerns

Keep updated accurate records of inventory and activity logs

Comply with company policies and legal guidelines

Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Follow all safety requirements and standards per guidelines

Support production lines as needed

Other duties to assist production as requested

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required

Proven experience as forklift operator utilizing various machines including high reach; minimum 1 year

Valid certification to operate forklifts

Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment

Excellent physical condition, eye sight and coordination, physical ability to lift 50 lbs.

Effective listening, communication (verbal and written)

Manage time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities

Strong organizational skills
